County Road (CR) 30-A is the corridor that runs between Cape San Blas and Indian Pass and continues to the east towards Apalachicola and the Gulf and Franklin county line. Between the Cape and the Pass is another beautiful stretch of beach that connects the wide and uncrowded shoreline from Indian Pass to the South Cape. There are mostly recorded subdivisions along this low-density beachfront residential area which include the Cottages at Indian Summer, Treasure Shores, Money Bayou, Gulf Pines, Brighton By The Sea, Curve At The Cape, and Water’s Edge. On the east side of the Indian Pass Raw Bar where CR 30-A extends towards Apalachicola, there are interior and lagoon-front properties that border the north side of Indian Lagoon. In the opposite direction past the Cape San Blas turnoff towards Port St. Joe, CR 30-A becomes State Road (SR) 30-A and features bay front and bay view properties and communities which border the east side of St. Joseph Bay, including several small RV subdivisions near the marina. Amenities in this area include Presnell’s Marina, St. Joseph Bay Country Club, St. Joe Shrimp Company, and Cat 5 restaurant.
