Because there was so much interest in this lagoon front lot last week when the bank dropped the price to $50,000 (I still can’t believe that), I wanted to post a status update. It went under contract yesterday. No details available other than that according to the MLS the projected closing date is October 28. I’ll let you know if I hear anything else about it or if similar properties show up.
