I just spoke with the listing agent regarding the price change I had written about in this space earlier this morning which sparked a good deal of interest, and in the course of our conversation she realized her assistant had mistakenly entered the change on the wrong lot; it was supposed to be the adjacent 1st tier lot which was reduced to $159,900. The gulf front lot referred to is still $199,000, still a good value. They have now corrected the price in the MLS and I have removed the post to prevent anyone from being misled. I sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. I’ll continue to keep you up-to-date on good opportunities as I find them.
