The weather may be warm and the azaleas in bloom, but I’ve been snowed under showing property. I hope to carve out some time to write up our weekly review on Sunday afternoon so please check back – lots of new contracts penned. Have a super weekend!

Thanks so much for your kind words. This cold has knocked me totally off my game and I finally just had to give in to it, unplug, and get several days of rest. I'll be covering both weeks this weekend so we'll have plenty to cover. Dan, you're correct - it has been unusually busy for this time of year. I'm not seeing any upward price pressure on lots and we proably won't as long as that inventory continues to grow. However, competition for existing homes is definitely intensifying so I expect those might begin to stabilize and trend upward again.

Thanks, Steve. Between showing property, fighting a horrible cold, and our MLS servers being down all day Sunday, it just didn't go as hoped. Will try to update tomorrow.
