The search for safe haven continues and we welcomed more folks into our fold this week along the Forgotten Coast. I apologize for no longer being able to offer individual in-depth sales histories of each property but with the volume of sales. Right now I simply don’t have time to do that research, write the blog, and service my existing clients. With all that said, we had another stellar week as we closed ten sales, and wrote up six new contracts. Sellers added ten new listings and changed prices on six others.. With all of that activity, we ended the weekly inventory at 291, with 82 homes and 209 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor market MLS inventory..
