Oh, yeah. It has been busy around here. I checked the sales numbers for all property types in the Cape San Blas market that we cover and year-over-year sales for June were up 107%, and in July, 90%. Couple that sales activity with all the re-fi action with rates continuing to drop to record lows and the result is the entire real estate food chain here is backed up. It is taking weeks instead of days to get appraisals and surveys back as a result of this increased volume despite their best efforts and working as hard as they can to meet the demand. August seems to be on track to continue this trend as this week we closed five sales and wrote up ten new contracts. Sellers added twelve new listings and changed prices on six others. With all that activity, our inventory shed four, closing the week at 288, with 82 homes and 206 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
