Hurricane Sally passed through here this week on Wednesday dropping about 17″ of rain in 72 hours and bringing with her high surf and a bit of beach erosion but no homes lost. All part of living on the coast. That tropical activity didn’t dampen interest in real estate as buyers brushed Sally aside and closed eight sales and wrote up eleven new contracts. Sellers got in on the action by listing six new properties and changing prices on four others. Our inventory shed four, closing the week at 257 with 80 homes and 177 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, and C-30 Corridor MS market.
Demand for property remains high with people learning they can work from home and wanting to escape the unrest in cities. If you own property here and are considering selling let me know, and I will give you a no fee, no obligation comparative market analysis to let you know what your property would likely sell for now. Hope to hear from you soon. Call or text me at 850-227-5197 or send me an email to [email protected]. Have a great week, thanks for stopping by today, and hope to see you back here soon.
Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to [email protected] and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.
