The calendar slipped from summer to fall, but the weather didn’t get that memo and continues to be sunny and hot. Our market remained hot, hot, hot this week turning in ten closed sales and seven new contracts. Sellers added ten new listings and made four price changes. Our inventory soared by sixteen, closing the week at 273, with 80 houses and 193 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
