Boom. And just like that it was Autumn. Daytime temps in the mid 70’s, low humidity, dipping down into the 50-60’s at night. Bring It. No cooling off in our real estate market as we closed fifteen sales and wrote up nine new contracts. Sellers got in on the action by adding ten new listings and changing prices on six others. With all that activity, our inventory managed to shed three, closing the week at 263, with 80 homes and 183 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
