The Alice in Wonderland nature of the year that is 2020 continues as we travel down this weird rabbit hole to find ourselves several days after the election and still no definitive answer as to who the electorate actually voted into office. 2020 wouldn’t have it any other way after everything else it has put us through this year. There was no market uncertainty among buyers as demand for coastal real estate remained solid with eleven properties sold and twelve new contracts. Sellers added seven new listings and stood firm on their pricing with only one price change. Our inventory shed two, closing the week at 257, with 75 homes and 172 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
