This has been a beautiful autumn week along the Forgotten Coast and many visitors have decided they want to stay here, closing seven sales, and writing up nine new contracts. Sellers added seven new contracts and made just two price changes.Our inventory closed the week at 256, down just one since our last visit, with 75 homes and 256 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
