Hard to believe it’s already December but it is. We had a little taste of winter Florida style this week, with nightly temperatures dipping down into the 30’s for two nights and then within 48 hours we were right back up in the 70’s. Our market didn’t cool off at all, however, as we closed another seven sales and wrote up eight new contracts. Sellers added twelve new listings to the mix, but only made one price change. We trimmed ten from our inventory since last week, closing the week at 235 with 68 homes and 167 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
That brings us up to date. There doesn’t seem to be any let up to activity on the horizon, and I’m hearing the same thing from Realtors in other rural markets. With all the unrest and uncertainty in major urban areas, people are seeking safer and calmer surroundings, and I don’t see that pattern changing any time soon. As you can see, our inventory is getting low. If you’ve been thinking of selling, let’s talk. I will be happy to provide you with a no-cost, no-obligation estimate of market value for you to see if now is the time to sell. Call or text me at 850-227-5197 or contact me at [email protected] and we’ll get started. Have a great week, stay safe, and thank you so much for taking time out of your schedule to stop by today. Hope to see you back here soon.
Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to [email protected] and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.
