Only two weeks until Christmas and Santa will deliver a lot of Cape San Blas area real estate to some really good girls and boys as we closed six sales and wrote up seven new contracts. Sellers added eleven new listings to the mix and made eleven price changes, ten of which were in Villa Del Sol, so it’s really only two sellers making price changes. Our inventory grew by four, ending the week at 239, with 68 homes and 171 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
While there may be a lot of uncertainty nationally as to what the future holds, apparently there is no local uncertainty as people continue to flock here to a a safe beach haven.
