Area closing attorneys and title teams took a bit of a breather this week closing ‘only’ five sales but Realtors kept on cranking out new contracts, writing up a total of 16. Crazy. Sellers added eleven new listings to the mix, and made seven price changes. Our inventory dropped to 211, down 13 from last week, with only 48 homes and 163 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
At this rate it seems possible we could just run completely out of inventory!
