I think someone must have forgotten to pay the sunshine bill because we sure haven’t seen much sun this past week. Even so, it didn’t dim buyers’ views on snapping up real estate as we had four sales (all houses or condos) and wrote up fourteen new contracts. Sellers added a whopping seventeen new listings, and changed prices on three others. Our inventory swelled by eight, closing the week at 215, with 44 houses and 171 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
