We may have had a LOT of rain this week but it sure hasn’t dampened interest in real estate as we closed fourteen sales and wrote up an unbelievable nineteen new contracts. Wow! Sellers added nine new listings, one of which is already under contract, and made six price changes, two of which were price increases. Our overall inventory shed one, closing the week at 112, with 25 houses and 87 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
Buyers are out in force and we need inventory to meet that demand.
