Our real estate feeding frenzy continued unabated with ten sales and an unbelievable twenty-two new contracts. Sellers added seven new listings, one of which is already under contract, and made six price changes, five of which were price increases. Our inventory dropped an alarming 10% from last week ending the week at an even 100, \with a mere twenty houses and eighty lots remaining in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS markets. At this rate, I’m wondering if there’s a very real chance we might end up being sold out in a few weeks? A colleague posited that possibility a few months ago and I dismissed the idea but now I’m not so sure we might actually be headed there. We live in interesting times.
