Crazy sales activity continues unabated, with twenty-four sales and thirteen new contracts. Sellers jumped on the bandwagon adding twenty-three sorely needed new listings, two of which are already under contract, but made only three price changes, two of which were price increases. Even with all those new listings, our inventory dropped by 4%, dipping below 100 to 97, with 22 houses and 75 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
