Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review - May 8-14, 2021

For Sale Sold Sign There has been no let up in our frenzied sales activity; last week our combined sales and new contracts came in at 37 and we matched that number this week once again with eighteen sales and nineteen new contracts. Sellers thankfully added fifteen new listings to our meager inventory but only made four price changes, two of which were price increases. Our overall inventory shed another 4%, closing the week at just 93, with 21 houses and 72 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

Sustained demand continues to put upward pressure on prices on both existing inventory and building supplies.
