Cape San Blas Week in Review - Sep. 4-10, 2021

For Sale Sold SignOur real estate market is definitely slowing down a bit but based on what I’m reading in news from the National Association and Florida Association of Realtors this seems to be more reflective of the continuing dearth of inventory not just here but nationwide. Buyers also seem to be starting to cool on overpriced listings, where the market indicates the value of a proprty is x but the seller insists on listing it substantially above that number. We did have some activity as four properties closed and six went under contract.  Sellers added six new listings and made one price change.  Our inventory is down by 4, closing the week at 115, with 26 homes and 89 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
