Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review - Sep. 25-Oct. 1, 2021

Published on October 1, 2021 by Sherri Dodsworth under Cape San Blas

For Sale Sold Sign     The National Association of Realtors (NAR) confirmed this week what we have been sensing here for the past couple of months – buyers are beginning to balk and walk away from properties due to soaring prices.  Even so, we still had an active week with one closing, six new contracts, thirteen new listings (two of which are already under contract), and made four price changes.  Our inventory grew by eight, closing the week at 131, with 27 homes and 104 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.

Since the first week of August our inventory has grown by over 9% and the number of multiple offers on listings has slowed just a bit. If you want to sell, price it in line with where the market price is now and not where it may (or may not) be six or months so down the road.  If you’re considering selling, call or text me at 850-227-5197 or drop a note to [email protected] and I will help you get started.

Have a great week and, as always, thanks so much for taking time to stop by today!
