Halloween goblins didn’t scare off our buyers this week as we closed eight sales and wrote up two new contracts. Sellers added six new listings but made only one price change. Our inventory dropped by two, closing the week at 121, with 19 houses and 102 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
