The first official week of the 2021 Christmas shopping season saw a lot of shoppers snapping up coastal real estate, as we closed eight sales and wrote up four new contracts. Sellers added seven new listings, two of which are already under contract, and changed prices on two others. Our inventory shed one, closing the week at 123, with 19 houses and 104 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
