Holiday shoppers continued their buying spree this week closing three sales and writing up six new contracts. Sellers added six new listings and made two price changes. If there had been more to choose from there may well have been more new contracts, but our shelves are nearly bare, with our inventory dropping seven, closing the week at 116, with only 19 houses and 97 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
That does it for this week. There’s still time to wrap up a nice property in time to surprise someone this Christmas with a little piece of paradise along the Forgotten Coast.
