Coastal real estate was on a number of Christmas wish lists as Santa delivered five sales and five new contracts. Sellers posted For Sale signs on seven new listings and made but one price change, a price increase. Our inventory remains unchanged, closing once again at 113, with 26 houses and 87 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
