Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review - Dec. 25-31, 2021

For Sale Sold Sign 2021 went out with a bang with so many parties wanting to close before the end of the year.  We logged an impressive twenty sales, wrote up two new contracts, entered five new listings, and changed three prices. Our inventory fell by nine, closing the year at 104, with 24 houses and 80 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market. To put those numbers in perspective, we began the year with an inventory of 220, so we’re at less than half of that now.

With that, we’ll bring 2021 to a close. I wish you and your loved ones good health and happiness in the New Year, and I want to thank all of you I’ve worked with, met with and talked with this past year who have helped to make this year such a memorable one for me.  Have a safe holiday and thanks so much for taking time during this busy season to stop by. See ya next year!
