We are continuing to see a buyer feeding frenzy of such magnitude as to make Shark Week look like a gold fish show. Everyone in the local real estate food chain continues to churn and burn non-stop. This week was no exception as we closed fourteen sales, wrote up thirteen new contracts, while sellers added twelve new listings and changed prices on eight others. With all that activity, our inventory shed 15 since last we met, closing the week with 84 houses and 217 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
With the current volume of work there are simply not enough hours in the day for me to meet the needs of my real estate clients and customers and also research and write about twenty-seven sales and contracts. When things quiet down a bit I hope to back to the usual structure of my blog but until then, this Reader’s Digest version will have to bridge the gap.
We need inventory to feed the demand. If you are thinking of selling, give me a call or text to 850-227-5197 or send a note to [email protected] and I’ll be happy to provide you with an estimate of current market value. I hope you and your family are healthy and safe during this crazy year of 2020. We welcome you to join us here along the Forgotten Coast where it’s peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for stopping by today – hope to see you back soon!
Reminder – If you would like to read this with the links to the various listings, I can only email them to you now with our new MLS which I’ll be glad to do. Just let me know by sending me a request to [email protected] and I’ll set you up to receive my blog post with the links each week.
