The weather at the Cape was wonderful for Thanksgiving with temps in the 70’s and clear skies. According to property managers, our rentals were sold out so a lot of folks retreated to the beach to gather and give thanks for the blessings in their lives. For many of those visitors it wasn’t just about turkey and cranberry sauce, it was about claiming a place of their own here along the Forgotten Coast to escape to as they savored three sales and gobbled up fifteen new contracts. Sellers served up nine new listings but made no price changes on existing listings. Our inventory shed eleven, closing the week at 245, with 71 houses and 174 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
