Exactly one week from tonight, the big man himself Santa arrives from the North Pole delivering presents to all good girls and boys. It seems he made some early visits this week along the Forgotten Coast delivering thirteen presents of properties at closing. Buyers sent Santa seven new contracts on properties they hope he’ll bring them soon. Owners added ten new listings but only made one price change. Our inventory shed four, with 67 houses and 168 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
