Where are all these buyers coming from??? We had another phenomenal week closing thirteen sales and adding thirteen new contracts. Sellers added seven new listings and made eight price changes. Our inventory shed six, closing the week at 224, with 49 homes and 175 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
