The real estate feeding frenzy continued this week with twenty-one closings and fourteen new contracts. Sellers added twenty-one new listings, two of which are already under contract and two of which are already sold! They also made five price changes, one of which was a price increase. Our inventory closed at 175, up six from last week, with 44 homes and 131 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor market.
Demand for houses remains especially strong, but lots are moving again as well, so if you’re considering selling, there has never been a hotter time to make your move. Conversely, if you’re thinking of buying, both prices and interest rates are on the rise so you might want to act sooner rather than later.
