We’re continuing to white water raft these crazy real estate rapids zorching into the Memorial Day Weekend and the official launch of Summer 2021. This week we closed eighteen sales, nearly double last week, and agents wrote up twelve new contracts. A good number of sellers decided to ride the wave and added fourteen new listings, three of which are already under contract and two that have have sold. They also made five price changes, all price increases! Our inventory sailed back into three-digit territory, closing the week up seven at 104, with twenty-three houses and eighty-one lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
Our market is mirroring the current national trend of tight inventory and high demand causing houses to sell in lightning fast time. These are crazy times for real estate. Crazy good if you’re wanting to sell because if you list it, they will come.
