The entire local real estate industry food chain breathed a sigh of relief this week as for the first time in well over a year the market took a bit of a breather. We closed thirteen sales but only wrote up four new contracts, oddly enough all lots for $75,000 or less. Sellers added eight new listings, three of which are already under contract, but only made one price change. Our inventory is slowly climbing back, up seven from last week, closing at 117, with twenty-six homes and ninety-one lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
