Cape San Blas Real Estate Week in Review - Jan. 1-7, 2022

For Sale Sold Sign Happy New Year!!!!  A lot of people welcomed 2022 with a trip to the Cape to buy property. We only had one sale close but that really isn’t surprising with two back-to-back truncated work weeks.  However, what is impressive, is that agents put seven properties under contract. Sellers added seven sorely needed new listings, two of which are already under contract, and made two price changes, both price increases.  Our inventory is down by one from last week standing at 103 as we begin the year with 28 homes and 75 lots listed for sale in the Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and C-30 Corridor MLS market.
