What a week!! Demand remains strong, and I am booked solid showing property during some of the time frames I would normally set aside to write my weekly update. With the holiday weekend, virtually all of our homes have guests, and many of them are apparently thinking long-term Cape associations.
I am happily working with buyers all weekend long, so will be posting the weekly update on Sunday instead of Saturday. There has been SO much going on, be sure to check back – our market is hot, hot, hot!
