Living in a coastal community is 99% bliss, but when hurricanes threaten life gets challenging. I’ve been listening on the internet tonight to KTRH from Houston near where the storm is coming ashore and as a fellow coastal resident with a keen feeling of “there but for the grace of God go I”, my thoughts and prayers are with the people of Galveston, Houston and all the coastal communities in harm’s way with wishes for their safety, survival, and rapid access to resources to help them restore when this storm is over.
