Thanks for visiting my website! I appreciate your time and interest. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to live, work, and raise a family in Gulf County, FL. I moved here in 1997 to help my mom start a new business on Indian Pass beach, the Turtle Beach Inn & Cottages. I got into real estate around 2000 by helping friends and family members buy and sell properties on the Forgotten Coast. What started out as a second job, while helping run a family-owned bed & breakfast with rental cottages, quickly turned into a full-time occupation. I soon found out how much I enjoyed helping others discover and enjoy this special area that we are lucky enough to call home. I love what Gulf County offers in a small town atmosphere – the beautiful beaches and bays, the great people who live and work here, the lack of traffic and crowds, and so many fun things to do outside.
After living here on Indian Pass beach for almost 25 years, I have gained valuable experience and area knowledge working as a property manager and real estate broker associate. I’ve worked with several of the area’s top building contractors on personal and client projects. I have served on the Tourism Development Council in Gulf County, worked as a fishing and nature guide, volunteered as a fireman and first responder on the beaches of Indian Pass and Cape San Blas, and I also serve as the HOA treasurer/manager in my residential neighborhood on Indian Pass.
