I have known Chris Petrie for many years and so was already aware of his kind and trustworthy nature. But when a loved out-of-state house forced a quick move, Chris was there to explain the process and to make recommendations to ensure the best exposure. Chris helped me sell a piece of property in a tough market. I chose Chris due to unanimous recommendations from friends of mine who live where the property is.
